📄 Contract Type: Contract of Mandate / B2B

🕰️ Expected Availability: Minimum 10 hours per week

💰 Remuneration: Per-session rate (50 min) + additional benefits (MultiSport card and potential co-funding for training and industry conferences)

  💰 PLN 120 – 160 / session (sessions in Polish)
  💰 PLN 160 – 180 / session (sessions in foreign languages / couples therapy)

🧩 Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking specialists who view therapeutic work as a continuous process of learning and care for client well-being. We are looking for team members for long-term collaboration – individuals who not only want to conduct therapy, but also co-create this space and actively shape its future growth.

• Required Education: Master’s degree in Psychology (5-year uniform program).
• Psychotherapy Training: Completion of at least Year 2 of a 4-year accredited psychotherapy training program (accredited by the Polish Psychological Association or Polish Psychiatric Association) in the psychodynamic approach, or a completed degree/specialization in sexology.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical experience conducting individual psychotherapy.
  Ethics & Personal Process: Completed or ongoing personal therapy and active work under ongoing supervision.
• Availability: Minimum 10 hours per week.
• Pluses: Ability to conduct therapy in foreign languages (e.g., English) and/or experience in couples therapy.
